All Tik\u202fIt\u202fEasy products are made to order according to customer specifications. Under EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU, the 14\u2011day cooling\u2011off period does not<\/strong> apply to goods that are \u201cmade to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalised\u201d . Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind or incorrect size choice once an order has been placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Defective or misprinted items:<\/strong> Claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days after you receive the product. Claims deemed to be our error are covered at our expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Wrong item received:<\/strong> If you receive the wrong product, design, or size due to our fulfillment error, please notify us within 30 days so we can arrange a replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Items lost in transit:<\/strong> If your order never arrives, please submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How to Submit a Claim<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Contact us at support@tikiteasy.gr<\/strong> with the subject line \u201cReturn\/Refund Request.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Include your order number, the date of receipt, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem (e.g., defect, misprint, wrong item). Providing evidence is essential for processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will either issue a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances and your preference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Return Shipping & Address<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Return shipments are directed to our production facility by default, and you will receive an automated notification when the return is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in any situation where a return is accepted out of goodwill (e.g., discretionary size exchanges); we cover return shipping only when the return is due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days and then donated to charity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        What Is Not Covered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Change of mind \/ wrong size:<\/strong> We do not provide refunds for buyer\u2019s remorse or incorrect size choices; size exchanges, if allowed, are offered at our discretion and at the customer\u2019s expense . Please consult the sizing charts on each product page before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Items that cannot be returned:<\/strong> For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of certain sealed items, such as face masks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Used or washed items:<\/strong> Items must be in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for a return or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing can take 5\u201310 business days, depending on your payment provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If you choose a replacement, we will produce and ship the new item at no additional cost in qualifying cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          EU Consumer Rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          • EU consumer law provides a 14\u2011day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, but this right does not apply to personalised or made\u2011to\u2011order goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • For defective products, the cost of returning the item is borne by the seller ; in such cases, Tik\u202fIt\u202fEasy will cover all return shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
