1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the Tik It Easy website (“the Website”) and its online store (“e‑shop”). The Website offers print‑on‑demand services, allowing consumers to purchase personalised products designed by the company. Use of the Website and placement of orders require full understanding and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the e‑shop.
2. Company details
In accordance with consumer protection law, the supplier must provide consumers with clear information about their identity, address and contact details . The details of the company managing the e‑shop are:
- Name: INTELLINOUS Single‑Member Private Company
- VAT number: EL802579258
- General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) no.: 178957301000
- Contact email: hello@tikiteasy.gr
3. Scope of services
3.1 Print‑on‑demand.
Tik It Easy operates as a print‑on‑demand service. The company designs original artwork, which is printed on various products (e.g., T‑shirts, mugs, posters) after the order is submitted. Each product is produced uniquely for the customer once the order has been placed.
3.2 Use of content.
All designs, artwork and creations offered through the Website are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by copyright law. Copying, reproducing, modifying, storing or distributing the designs without prior written permission from the company is prohibited. If the service allows the addition of personal elements (such as a name or message), the customer guarantees that this content is lawful and does not violate third‑party rights. The company reserves the right to refuse to print content that is deemed offensive, illegal or in breach of intellectual property rights.
4. Prices and payment methods
4.1 Prices.
The listed product prices include VAT and any other legal charge. The supplier must inform the consumer of the total price and any additional shipping or delivery charges . A detailed calculation (product value, shipping costs, total amount) is displayed before the order is completed.
4.2 Payment methods.
Accepted payment methods are Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). Payment by bank transfer or PayPal is not supported. All transactions are processed via secure payment service providers, and card details are not stored by the company.
5. Order process
- Product selection: The customer selects the type, size, colour and design created by the company.
- Preview: A preview of the product is provided; the customer confirms that the selected design is correct.
- Basket & checkout: The customer enters shipping details, chooses a payment method and sees the total cost.
- Order submission: Upon completing the order, the customer is bound to the purchase. The company confirms the order by email.
- Production & shipping: The order goes into production and is shipped to the indicated address.
6. Delivery
Delivery times depend on product availability, the production supplier and the shipping address. When ordering, the company informs the customer of the estimated production and shipping time. The provider must notify the customer of payment arrangements, delivery arrangements and the delivery deadline . Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are charged unless free shipping (e.g., above a certain amount) is announced.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
7.1 Exclusion for personalised products.
European legislation provides a 14‑day withdrawal period for distance contracts, but this period does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised . Greek law (Article 3e §4 of Law 2251/1994) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU stipulate that print‑on‑demand products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Consequently, cancellation or return due to change of mind or incorrect choice after production is not accepted.
7.2 Defective products.
If a product presents a manufacturing defect or printing error, the customer may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. Photo documentation is required to evaluate the defect. The company will proceed with replacement or refund once the defect is confirmed at no additional cost. For detailed information on the returns policy and procedure, please consult the separate Refund and Returns Policy page of the e‑shop.
8. Cancellation policy
Print‑on‑demand orders enter production immediately after checkout. If you wish to cancel an order before production starts, please contact support promptly. The company will attempt to stop the process but cannot guarantee cancellation if production has already begun.
9. Intellectual property
All content of the Website (texts, designs, logos, photos, graphics, software) is the intellectual property of INTELLINOUS Single‑Member PC or its partners and is protected by Greek and international laws. Reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited. Personalised designs remain the company’s intellectual property and are used solely for producing the ordered product.
10. Limitation of liability
The company endeavours to present products and services accurately and up‑to‑date. However, slight deviations may occur between what appears on a screen and the actual product (e.g., colour differences). The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. In cases of force majeure (strikes, extreme weather, pandemics), the company is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver.
11. User obligations
Users undertake to:

13. Applicable law – Dispute resolution
The Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall first be pursued amicably. If agreement is not reached, the courts of Athens are competent, unless you as a consumer choose another competent court based on your residence.
