Returns Policy

All Tik It Easy products are made to order according to customer specifications. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14‑day cooling‑off period does not apply to goods that are “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised” . Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind or incorrect size choice once an order has been placed.

When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted

  1. Defective or misprinted items: Claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days after you receive the product. Claims deemed to be our error are covered at our expense.
  2. Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, design, or size due to our fulfillment error, please notify us within 30 days so we can arrange a replacement.
  3. Items lost in transit: If your order never arrives, please submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Contact us at support@tikiteasy.gr with the subject line “Return/Refund Request.”
  2. Include your order number, the date of receipt, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem (e.g., defect, misprint, wrong item). Providing evidence is essential for processing.
  3. Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will either issue a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances and your preference.

Return Shipping & Address

  • Return shipments are directed to our production facility by default, and you will receive an automated notification when the return is received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in any situation where a return is accepted out of goodwill (e.g., discretionary size exchanges); we cover return shipping only when the return is due to our error.
  • Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days and then donated to charity.

What Is Not Covered

Change of mind / wrong size: We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices; size exchanges, if allowed, are offered at our discretion and at the customer’s expense . Please consult the sizing charts on each product page before ordering.

Items that cannot be returned: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of certain sealed items, such as face masks.

Used or washed items: Items must be in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you choose a replacement, we will produce and ship the new item at no additional cost in qualifying cases.

EU Consumer Rights

  • EU consumer law provides a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, but this right does not apply to personalised or made‑to‑order goods.
  • For defective products, the cost of returning the item is borne by the seller ; in such cases, Tik It Easy will cover all return shipping costs.
